due melanzane Tunisine
una coda di sedano
30 gr. di capperi
30 gr. di olive
50 gr. di estratto di pomodoro
olio d’oliva extra vergine
mezzo bicchiere di aceto
2 cucchiai di zucchero
Preparazione:
Mettete in una padella l’olio, il sedano e la cipolla tutto a freddo.
Aggiungete i capperi, le olive, e l’estratto di pomodoro....

In the moment a bird gets a ring on its leg, it carries information on its ID at the same time, i.e. on its sex, age, date and place of ringing, etc. The easiest way to mark young White Storks (Ciconia ciconia) is to ring them at their nests when still unable to fly.
